TFC recently concluded the third edition of its Tianyi Talent Development Program, welcoming more than 100 university graduates across its Suzhou headquarters and Jiangxi subsidiary. The program reflects TFC's commitment to its “Technology First” and “Talent First” values and its continued investment in developing young talent.

Launched simultaneously in Suzhou and Jiangxi on July 1, the program began with a 10-day intensive training session covering corporate culture, company policies, product technologies, and career development.
Led by experienced technical and business professionals, the training also included visits to production lines and laboratories, along with team-building activities to help new employees better understand TFC's operations and connect with colleagues.

At the closing ceremonies on July 10, participants shared their learning experiences and achievements. Outstanding trainees were recognized with the “TFC Wings” Award.
TFC President Lucy encouraged participants to embrace opportunities in the optical communications and AI computing industries while continuously strengthening their professional expertise.
Senior leaders from TFC's Jiangxi operations, including General Manager Tommy, Vice President of Operations Elvis, and Deputy General Manager Jason, also shared insights on professional growth, practical experience, self-discipline, and continuous improvement.

Beyond the initial training, the Tianyi program follows a structured six-month development framework combining job rotations, mentorship, hands-on experience, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Following the intensive training, participants will enter a three-month practical development phase to further strengthen their professional capabilities.
Guided by its “Talent First” value, TFC will continue to enhance its talent development programs, providing young professionals with opportunities to learn, grow, and build their careers alongside the company.
